My main driver is Digital Marketing and helping businesses understand how it can elevate their position in a crowded marketplace. It sounds simple, but it's not! Marketing technology is my passion, especially when it helps people understand and connect and improve their lives and businesses. I am based in the UK but collaborate with clients worldwide. I am afflicted with curiosity and the need to share what I learn to help others. This drives my marketing ability from product management to communications, refined by hands-on experience. Though I thrive on the creative side of marketing, I also value clarity, persistency, and consistency - supported by agreed processes and attention to detail in pursuing excellence. Understanding complex concepts quickly helps me communicate effectively with people at all levels. Since entering computing in the 1990s, I have enjoyed the need to keep up to date with market developments. I love thinking about how technology innovation is best applied to each market sector, especially for data management, interoperability, and analytics. However, my continuous passion for marketing drives my enthusiasm and commitment.
