I analyzed and standardized operational procedures across seven South West European campuses, focusing on process improvement and legislative compliance.

Faced with varying administrative processes across multiple campuses, the administration department needed to create uniformity and efficiency.

I have implemented standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at a regional level, considering unique campus resources and different legislations.

Conducted extensive research on local procedures and crafted an SOP tailored to upper management's needs. Utilized Business Process Management (BPM) tools like 'Process Plan' and Zapier for process automation and tracing. Led the documentation, training, and deployment of new processes, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement.

Successfully unified administrative procedures across the region, leading to standardized reports and communication and enhanced administrative performance in areas like bad debts, enrolments, and reporting. Achieved common output standards across all campuses.

Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Process Mapping and Analysis, BPM Software, and Project Management, alongside Process Improvement Methodologies and Change Management. I exhibited strong communication skills, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, decision-making, creativity, and innovation.
