Effectively manage existing, comprehensive career services programs and develop new innovative initiatives. Assigned to use Compliance Point system to ensure quality assurance of reporting to accrediting body (ACCSC) and government (TWC). 
   •Developed a successful student organization in partnership with Airgas to assist women in welding field with navigating and advance in career.
   •Placed 88% of Welding and Pipe Fitting graduates in fields of study

Senior Career Service Advisor

Work with graduates as well as students one-on-one and in the classroom to aided in reaching employment goals, improving interview skills, networking and resume writing. Executed complete control over Welding and Pipefitting Program Advisory Committee meetings, Partnership Day, Career Fairs and Weld Observations on campus to get students and graduates employed.
   •Placed over 350 Tulsa Welding School Graduates with large oil/gas and manufacturing companies 
     such as Trinity Industries, Baker Hughes, NOV, Ingalls Shipbuilders among others
   •Awarded Career Services Representative of the Year: FY 2018

Provided customer service to prospective and current customers by responding to inquiries regarding available space, rental rates, lease terms, etc. Maintained positive relationships with property managers by responding promptly to requests for information.
