Tosin is an experienced audit and assurance professional. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA UK), a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Tosin has about 13 years of working experience with the financial services audit practices of KPMG, Deloitte and PwC in Nigeria, Channel Islands and the United Kingdom respectively. He has led and managed several statutory and non-statutory audit and non-audit related engagements of many global clients across various sectors such as banking, capital market, insurance, asset management, development finance, private equity, venture capital and investment funds. Tosin has significant project management experience, delivering technical audit and accounting services and trainings, including leading teams across different functions and geographical locations, managing senior stakeholders’ communication, interaction and relationship.
