o	Having started my IBM career in Ireland I end up a Vice President running a Division of the IBM in the Americas, I then did a spin-off of when Ricoh bought the business from IBM and was Senior Vice President and COO. Decided to do a start-up in the aviation sector and sold the company 8 years later. I have spent the last 4 years as President and COO of a UK company helping them expand in the US. I started Tower63 to bring my knowledge, skills and passion to a broader audience.

Hired to direct all start-up and sales efforts for cloud-based global technical document management and compliance software solution for the aviation industry. Growth achieved through management and execution of strategy, new business development, sales, service line delivery, new product investments, customer relationship management, partnerships, and sound financial management. Led successful sale of business in 2016.

•	Developed customer base of 7 of the top 10 North American carriers in over 5 years. 
•	Grew company from 0 to $5M through consistent cost structure optimization.
•	Coached and guided 2 global business development teams in the US and China to grow footprint and              drive sales.
•	Recruited, hired, and trained all teams to develop product roadmap ensuring solid R&D focus and securing $6M in investments.

Ricoh Business Solutions

Responsible for global sales, service, and finance of $1.2B organization. Built global infrastructure and business processes for IBM divestiture to Ricoh/Infoprint in 30 countries. Managed 2,000 marketing, sales, and service employees across the globe.

•	Established infrastructure for joint venture and implemented new sales coverage plans driving revenue in 10 countries in Asia and 15 in Europe.
•	Developed 3 and 5 year long-range strategic plans growing company globally and adding 350 new employees.

General Manager/Senior Vice President

Directed all turnaround and business transformation efforts for failing printing systems division including printers, software, and services.  Conceptualized and built customer segment marketing plan for IBM geographies. Managed up to 2,900 employees in sales, marketing and maintenance. 

•	Gained 15 points in market share solidifying IBM as the leader in premium printers.
•	Reduced sales cycle by 30 months through cultivating small to medium business market segment.
•	Grew business unit sales by 20% and achieved targeted goal for the first time in 10 years.

Vice President/GM Printing Systems Americas & Business Line Management

Led transformation efforts for all business processes and IT systems, world-wide day-to-day customer support and services, and drove customer segmentation through go-to-market strategies. Designed and implemented online infrastructure to support direct sales.  Established goals and policies for worldwide technical support, marketing, and education.

•	Directed all Y2K prep and regression testing for IBM PC division.
•	Incorporated strategies and design thinking enabling call center load balance across 9 global   centers covering 100% of customer calls.
•	Built first transatlantic call center in Ireland through securing $20M government grant.
•	Reduced domestic call center load by 50% through establishing call centers in low cost countries reducing costs by 30%.
•	Developed and drove go-to-market strategy taking PC division to a worldwide entity while reducing G&A expenses from 24% to 13%.

Vice President /CIO  Business Information, Worldwide Customer Support and Service

Responsible for X Series server and PS2/Desktop brand’s market development and change management across 15 countries in Europe. Created and implemented successful strategies to improve brand recognition, sales, and drive revenue. 

•	Increased sales growth by 50% through repackaging and relaunching failing brands in France, UK, Spain, Germany, Norway, Italy, Netherlands, and several countries in the Middle East.
•	Developed and implemented feature and function branding across Europe improving reach of product line and increasing market share by 5 points.
