I landed my first 'real' job at 27, where I advanced from cold-calling to serving as vice president of a Fortune 500 technology company in less than six years. In 2002, I left the corporate world to found a sales consulting and outsourcing company that reached ~$3M in annual revenue. Since 2009, I have coached hundreds of #founders and thousands of leaders. In total, my work has generated more than $1.5B in revenue growth for the companies I served AND more than $1B in personal wealth for their founders and investors. I am proudest of the $7.5B in capital and contributions my work has catalyzed for social and environmental organizations.
