Talent Acquisition:
Develop and oversee the overall recruitment process both globally and locally.
Make job advertisements before posting, screen CVs, conduct phone screenings, coordinate with hiring teams, participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
Oversee all employee engagement for the company and manage the new hire orientation and exit process

Learning and Development:
Ensure the need for employee training and development and make recommendations.
Oversee the coordination of annual performance reviews.
Designing term goals for employee performance in collaboration with the respective departments.

Team Member Engagements:
Managing employee relations through effective communication and planning, organizing employee engagement events as per social calendar such as creative meetups. 
Also, Supervise HR Staff in a supportive and participatory manner, fostering good team relations and a positive working environment

Compliance, Record Keeping, and Reporting:
Annually review the organization's policies recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws as per the instruction from the management.
Manage timesheets for each team member and prepare monthly HR reports such as attendance, joining/separation turnover ratio report, recruitment status report, evaluation reports, and training reports. 
Any other that is required by the senior management.

General Administration:
Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
Manage day-to-day office operations; oversee and coordinate overall office activities and provide administrative support to the executive leadership.
Manage relationships with facilities management; coordinate office maintenance and support needs.
Lead the admin team of the office.
Visa processing and travel arrangements for the team members.

Senior HR Executive

Primary Responsibility:

•Talent Acquisition- ensures that the business always has the quantity and quality of employees required at the right cost as per Budgeted Headcount. Handling & Communicating various sources properly for competent candidate. Also maintaining all kinds of post selection activities. CV Sourcing and Database maintain.  
•Performance Management- Coordinate the performance appraisal process twice in a year. 
•Learning & Development- Identify and address training needs via in house or external workshops as per Training Calendar. Induction of new starters to the business and support Manager’s in preparing thorough induction programs for new hires. 
•Employee engagement program- Managing employee relations through effective communication and plan, organize employee engagement events as per social calendar.  
•Employee Data Management- Manage employee information via the Human Recourses Information System (HRIS).

Additional Responsibility:

• Ensure background investigation, reference check and other formalities.
• Employee on boarding, introductory assistance and exit interview management.
• Maintaining and keeping records of attendance of employee(s).
• Maintaining liaisons’ with corporate clients and vendors.
• Coordinating with managers in training need assessment for employee(s).
• Assisting expats & local employee(s) on their work permit and other documentation work.
• Issuing NOC, invitation letter and other paper work for employee(s).
• Employee monthly fund management, leave counts and salary adjustments.
• Planning and organizing event management of the company.
• Publishing Newsletter of the company.
• Provided resolution to complex and confidential issues by transparent communication & prompt action.
• Coordinated activities of human resources team, distributing resources and personnel effectively across organization to meet HR needs.
• Extensive work with managers on achieving compliance with company policies and recommendations.

HR Executive

- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and meetups.
- Assist in conducting orientations and updating records of new team members.
- Produce and submit reports on attendance and general HR activity.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Human Resources Coordinator
