I am a Technical Support Specialist at Funraisin, a company that provides online fundraising software for nonprofits. In this role, I use my problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to assist customers with their technical issues and ensure their satisfaction. I have a strong passion for cloud computing and software development, which led me to pursue a Master of Science in Information Technology with Cybersecurity from Robert Gordon University. I graduated in January 2022 and earned two AWS certifications: Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect – Associate. With these qualifications, I am ready to take on new challenges and opportunities in the dynamic world of cloud computing. I have experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions that drive innovation and efficiency, using AWS services and tools. I also have skills in software development, using languages such as Java and Python. My goal is to leverage my technical expertise and creativity to deliver high-quality cloud solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and stakeholders.
