At Google, I worked within the PeopleDev Metrics & Evaluation team driving business impact analyses for large-scale global programs and consulting leadership on novel approaches for assessing training impacts against global business objectives. I led learning evaluation-related efforts for internal high-reach training such as onboarding, sales skills and coaching activities. Other efforts included the design of a learning taxonomy for adaptive learning pathways and leveraging data analytics (quantitative and qualitative) to evaluate training effectiveness.
