Tracey has started businesses, established a leading startup advisory practice, invested in startups, and mentored founders across many sectors. As Managing Partner, she directs the highly successful Activate Foundation Programme, as well as growing our range of services. Tracey has over has 30 years of experience as a consultant, educator and manager, focused on complex strategy and organizational issues. She has worked with companies in many industries including the media, consumer goods, finance, telecom and new media sectors across Europe, the U.S., Asia and Africa. As a founding Director of Strategy Dynamics Global SA, Tracey directs the global trends research agenda, and works with top teams on issues of strategy and preparing their organizations for the future. Prior to this Tracey worked with senior executives and top teams, designing and delivering innovative programs, at leading business school the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland. Previously, Tracey has held senior roles at the BBC, where she was Head of Corporate Planning, Booz & Co, and Deloitte&Touche/Braxton Associates. Tracey is a Fulbright Scholar and holds an MBA from The Wharton School, where she was distinguished as a Palmer Scholar. She has co-authored several books on strategy, executive education and global trends, and has written numerous articles, case studies and book chapters on strategy and global trends topics, which have been published in leading management publications including The McKinsey Quarterly, The Economist, and Harvard Business School Publishing.
