Tracey is the founder and Executive Director of The Milligan Foundation, an internationally recognised relocation resource for victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. Having helped over 800 people to free themselves from violence, she has proven herself to be a champion for people in need. Passionate about instilling social change and morality. She is a prolific non-profit representative. Tracey has represented nonprofits of California to Congress, consulted on domestic violence policy in Australia and contributes to policy review in the state of California. Tracey has also pioneered equality and justice as a board director for the United Nations Association of the United States -San Francisco Chapter, Circle leader of the Lean In Non-Profits, and member of establishments such as the Independent Sector, National Network to End Domestic Violence and Girls & Women Empowerment Network Trust in Zimbabwe. Tracey has led a colourful and exceptional life. A Bay Area native, she has modelled for the likes of Giorgia Armani and Oscar de la Renta – as well as serving her country in the Army Reserves as a Combat Medic while working her way to battalion Officer during her 4 years in the Army ROTC. From a successful real estate corporation to running her own record label, and becoming a Commercial Plumber, Tracey has never allowed gender, stereotypes or injustice to inhibit her drive. Despite having suffered at the hands of domestic violence, through dogged relentlessness and persistence, Tracey has raised a family, had successful careers, and created a vehicle for those who are struggling to find their escape - all while maintaining an unshakeable self-belief that would lead her to where she is today. Passionate about changing lives for the better, Tracey has set her sights on the tech sector. She's created a payment solution called Term that’s set to change the payment landscape and revolutionise the lives of those who aspire to have more. She's also co-founder of an audacious multi national corporation called Orenda Eqwal Equity, whose mission is to end poverty on a global scale. Her goal is to create an abundant life accessible to all, where every advancement of modern society is equally available to anyone in the world.
