Here’s something I didn’t expect-one of the quickest ways to get “unstuck” is to stop trying so hard…

I’m excited about a couple of new projects I’m working on for 2026… yet sometimes I hit a creative block.

I sat down this week to prep an outline and… nothing. Zero creativity. My brain felt like it was in airplane mode. ✈️

Kirsten B. shared a simple trick that’s been helping me:

⏰ Set aside 15–30 minutes
📃 Pull out some Post-its or a whiteboard
✍️ Brain dump every idea that comes to mind

And just like that… the outline started taking shape.

It’s amazing what happens when you take the pressure off and simply start.

Kind of like telling yourself you’ll “just get on the bike for 10 minutes,” and suddenly you’re in a full workout.
