I do this through business training and/or coaching. An experienced executive coach, I work with mid-senior level managers, including partners in professional services and senior education leaders. Transformational coaching is a specific form of coaching that encourages critical reflection of how someone sees themselves, other people, their situation and the world at large (Bolton, 2023). Using this training and other coaching techniques I help facilitate thinking that moves individuals forward to be more confident and successful in their role. Group coaching and 1-2-1 are both available. Executive coach vs. life coach? We are a whole person and it's likely behaviour that manifests in our work life is also evidenced in our personal lives. As a coach, we use the same training, tools and techniques to help facilitate thinking. The key point of difference is that executive coaching is usually paid for by the company and life coaching by the individual. I work with both types of clients. Current FE focus is on apprenticeships, training Team Leader apprentices for their 20% OTJ hours.
