I am a professional focused in the field of business/employer development, recruitment, and career support with over 20 years of experience in the staffing/consulting industry. Most recently, I have moved into the post-secondary co-operative education field at the university level. Co-operative Education: Working with undergraduate and graduate students in business, economics, computer science and other specialties as they gain admission to a competitive co-op program and move through their work terms during their degree programs. Work with both students and employers during rank/match and continuous offer recruitment periods. Review and grade resumes/cover letters and offer improvement suggestions to students. Consulting & Client Development: I have worked in partnership with hiring managers across all industries to support and provide solutions to reach their staffing goals on both a short- and long-term basis. This includes most recently how a co-op partnership can provide companies with amazing student talent during work terms and ultimately become future full-time employees. Recruitment: I've been involved in talent acquisition in every phase of my career. I am partnered with students at the university level seeking co-op positions to fulfil the requirements of their degree programs.
