*Supervise operations of recreational & athletic divisions: manage/prepare budget, approval of program proposals, set goals & objectives for department and staff, evaluate and identify present and future program opportunities.
*Create/maintain partnerships with other departments, local businesses and community groups.
*Oversee marketing for the department: develop, update and follow annual marketing plan, manage Active Net site, town website, social media outlets, Constant Contact, SurveyMonkey, create quarterly recreation guide which is distributed to 16,000 residents, program/activity/department advertisements, press releases & media relations.
*Designed new park signage for the town
*Responsible for securing sponsorships for special events, ball field signage, adopt-a-park, league/team sponsors, facilities, and programs.  Average annual sponsorship amount of $75,000.
*Staff representative for Greenway, Trail, and Bikeway Commission.

•Assists Director in providing effective and instructional leadership for our staff in the development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive educational program.
•Assists in the overall operations management of the school in accordance to PCA procedures and initiatives.
•Supervise staff as assigned by Director.
•Assist in the management of administrative and financial controls, employee relations, marketing & overall school planning.
•Interacts internally with all levels of the organization, providing leadership, management and vision.
•Interacts externally with current enrollment and prospective parents, extracurricular activities organizations and vendors.

I have successfully secured over $7.7 million federal funds and other grants for greenway projects in Huntersville.  I have also secured over $40,000 in private donations and grants for public art in Huntersville.
