I LEAD SUCCESSFUL TRANSFORMATIONS BY GETTING THE RIGHT STUFF DONE I lead transformation programmes for organisations who need to change by bringing together PEOPLE, TECHNOLOGY and PROCESS. They have lots of objectives to deliver but don't have anyone with the right skills and bandwidth to: -bring all the transformation activity together into a coherent programme of work -identify what activities add value and what can be discarded or delivered as part of BAU -build consensus across functions of how to approach transformation delivery -create a simple and effective governance structure -empower teams to drive the delivery of key initiatives -keep things on track and avoid risks turning into issues -provide clear and objective feedback on progress I work mainly in programme leadership roles such as transformation director and programme manager but also in a direct leadership roles such as operations director or chief operating officer. I've got over 25 years' experience in challenging roles with some of the world's leading organisations. I've mainly worked in sectors like retail, consumer goods and consumer services but have also supported clients in travel, publishing and healthcare. I’m every role there has been a focus on development and transformation. As an interim I am used to coming into new environments and sectors and adding value from day one. I also know when I'm no longer needed and always move on at the right time rather than trying to stick around once the BAU team can resume control. During my time as an interim I've delivered a number of business transformations involving changes to products, distribution, customer acquisition, customer experience, customer service and supply chains.
