This has resulted in the addition of $80,000+ CAD worth of investment portfolios being established and personally managed by young people across Canada.

The Accounting and Finance Student Association at the University of Waterloo is a student run organization. Its objective is to cater to the needs of the students of the School of Accounting and Finance (SAF) at the University. The Association is responsible for organizing and mediating entertaining events for the school, issuing SAF attire, providing professional development workshops for students as well as many other venues. My department, corporate relations, is mainly concerned with gaining external connections who are willing to sponsor the association. Corporate relations sees that the network of AFSA remains wide and is always prepared to secure new connections. Some of my duties as a project manager are as follows:
•	Informing other students of the department’s initiatives and events to maximize turnout and promote inclusivity
•	Contributing to the management of records and archives to ensure proper document controls were maintained
•	Scheming methods with colleagues to develop the network of the association by connecting with sponsors in the Kitchener-Waterloo area

Involved in the Personal Banking Products (PBP) group which is responsible for the management and reporting of TD's banking providers such as credit cards, everyday banking, personal savings and investing, as well as personal and indirect lending. PBP also includes the transformation and support centers. Some of my duties were as follows:
•	Prepared quarterly productivity analyses on the activities of various day-to-day banking teams, to identify and highlight areas where actions can be taken to improve efficiency and/or reduce costs
•	Aided departmental VPs / Managers in summarizing and presenting findings and recommendations from analyses to senior level managers and product owners
•	Assisted product owners in developing and populating annual financial models used in the planning and forecasting process for the bank’s upcoming fiscal year
