-Lead all audits, bank, annual financial audit, insurance, and IRS audits.  Preparing and managing annual audits and following financial regulations, laws, and policies
-Supports site controllers on state/local government audits
-Develops and leads internal control program
-Ensures all sites that financials are GAAP compliant
-Manages month end process for both sites and corporate consolidation.  Manages entire process ensuring sites provide all required documentation for month end and manages reporting timelines
-Responsible for ensuring compliance with all taxes federal, state, and local
-Responsible for corporate policies and procedures.  Ensures policies and procedures are complete
-Managing intercompany reconciliation
-Manages all bank compliance certificate calculations
