I'm the founder of Rainier RevOps, a solo RevOps consultancy and HubSpot Platinum Partner helping SMBs — especially staffing and recruiting firms — clean up their data, streamline systems, and drive real revenue growth. I'm also the founder of Cycling On Purpose, a nonprofit focused on youth mental health. This June, I'm riding 2,800 miles across the country to raise awareness and connect with families and educators along the way. A former environmental science major turned marketer and RevOps pro, I've worked in sales, recruiting, marketing, and ops, and brings a unique cross-functional lens to everything he does. I even wrote a book called "Think Differently" about recruitment marketing in 2020. I hold an MBA from the University of Colorado. I grew up in Indiana and, since graduating from Indiana, have lived in Denver, Los Angeles, Seattle and now Spokane, WA. I'm a plant and nature nerd and probably the only person in Washington state who watches the Indy 500 each year. I'm also a huge sports fan and am a fan of teams that routinely break my heart: the Reds, Bengals, Pacers, and Avs.
