•	Develop new sources of unrestricted income from events, individuals, and local community partners, foundations, and corporations.

•	Strategic Partnerships: Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among internal and external stakeholders as well as potential new partners that align with the goals and objectives of the department. As well as negotiating with all stakeholders.  
•	Strategically planned, designed, and executed the placement of over 50,000 Covid-19 signage over 3 campuses and 10 satellites. Developed and planned a large Covid 19 testing site. •	Accountable for handling internal/external logistics meetings and analyzing/outlining objectives, deadlines, and budget for project completion while representing University interests to NGOs, partners, donors, embassies, and other stakeholders. 
•	Participated in the development of annual operational and training budget requirements, assuring revenue targets were met and expenses were controlled. Managed all training, development, and onboarding of temporary and front-line employees.
•	Responsible for the provision of all department coaching, mentoring, and training. Tasks include identifying opportunities for improvement and providing/presenting recommendations and reports outlining potential modifications to existing policies and procedures.

•	Responsible for hiring and attracting and integrating student talent in our division. Leading them to succeed professionally, academically, and personally. 
•	Responsible for the oversight of all aspects of event coordination and management, from planning to completion, including recruitment and acquisition of necessary participants and analysis of event success.
•	Managed an operating budget of $550k and 35 direct reports, successfully reversing budget deficits and increasing annual profit margin by 3% through sound fiscal management and workflow optimization. 
•	Implemented strategies and initiatives to streamline event costs and procedures and drive departmental change from manual to digital, effectively improving the quality and timeliness of customer service.
