Vice President of Sales

FedEx Services

-Manage team of 10 sales professionals covering Utah and Colorado markets
-Responsible to maintain and grow $400m in annual transportation spend
-Identify areas of opportunity to help clients implement regional, national, and global supply chain programs

Manager Sales, Worldwide Services - Regional - Commercial

-Effectively interview and recruit talent to build out new team of sales representatives
-Handled all facets of onboarding, training, and education of new hires
-Continuously trained and managed team members with little to no experience to prepare them for promotion to Digital Sales Executive
-Strategically coached team of 10 to teach them the sales process and generate net new revenue for FedEx across all services

District Sales Manager, Sales Development Representative

-Manage team of 12 while responsible for $50M annually
-Program lead for International Acceleration and Etail Insights for all of BSI
-Responsible for successfully transitioning Inside Sales reps to Remote Work from Home during pandemic
-Encourage and oversee cross-OpCo and cross-Sales Organization collaboration
-Regularly exceed plan while team led region in daily sales activities
-Present to other regions on BSI initiatives and ensure engagement across the division

District Sales Manager, Digital Sales Inside

—Lead regional LTL SME call discussing best practices, closes, and network updates
—Grow and maintain account base of $20mil annually
—Maintain subject matter expert designation in variety of areas
—Assigned acting DSM role while manager is on leave

Sales Executive, Strategic Development

—Strategically develop implementation plans for customers to proficiently process all areas of their supply chain while growing their business
—Find, get, and keep new and existing business within aligned customer base along with cold calling to win business from the competition
—Brought territory from 84% of plan to 116% of plan in just two quarters. 
—Responsible for an account base of 100+ customers totaling $7mil+/yr. in revenue
—Coordinated with local operations teams to target/support current and prospective customers
—Mentored to other sales representatives in market to grow their careers and achieve business plan
—Team lead for new account transition process and subject matter expert in variety of products and topics within the FedEx portfolio

Account Executive, Market Development

-Provide shipping and logistics solutions for 700+ accounts
-Manage, service, and find new business within those accounts
-Collaborate with local field executives to gain market share

Business Sales Inside Account Executive

-Provide shipping and logistical solutions for 80+ primary aligned accounts
-Find, get, and keep business within those accounts
-Actively seek out local businesses that are using the competitor's services and pass those leads onto my Inside and Field Sales counterparts
-Recipient of multiple Bravo Zulu awards for going above and beyond
-Recipient of Ambassador's Club award for Outstanding Performance in FY14
