• Assist in architecting the technology and processes needed to support internal talent mobility. Develop an employee skills database that will support quick decision-making and skills validation. 
• Build out a robust software engineer rotation program that will help Dell decrease attrition and grow diverse engineers.
• Enhance our leadership development program with AR/VR/simulation content to create realistic scenario-based learning with measurable results.

Implemented a culture of learning strategy that upskilled/reskilled 33,000 team members across Product and Operations.  
• Collected and analyzed competency data to advise stakeholders in developing strategic human capital plans that support the organization's current and future workforce requirements.
• Blueprinted and implemented a learning technology ecosystem that champions skill development. This includes competency assessments, personalized content mapping, data analytics, and proprietary LMS enhancements.

Created and deployed a technology-driven modern learning and organizational development strategy that supported 20,000 KFC stores across 125 countries in 40 different languages. 
•	Drove the design, testing, and launch of a proprietary content development tool that allowed stores to create on-demand mobile micro-learning content.
•	Successfully scoped, analyzed, and managed the development and implementation of a Drupal-based LCMS that supported more than 50,000 SOPs and training resources.
•	Continuously pushed the boundaries of learning adjacent support by testing and integrating cutting-edge technologies like Amazon Alexa, learning chat-bots, and iBeacons.
•	Investigated and piloted the use of an LRS and xAPI to improve content quality and skill development.

Managed the ADDIE curriculum design process for the newly formed global Sales and Operations Support learning and development team.

• Collaborated across departments (IT, Mobile Deployment, etc.) to champion research that

Managed all elements of training design and delivery for the PDX EPS pharmaceutical dispensing software system rollout (1600+ stores in 47 states).
• Led a team of four developers in the creation of 12 e-learning modules, OTJ workbooks and sandbox training environment materials
• Directed cross-departmental (Regulatory, Law, Operations, etc.) review and approval of training materials
• Completed rollout 1 year ahead of schedule

Olympus

Principal trainer/instructional designer for Olympus EndoWorks and EndoCapsule endoscopy dictation software.  
•	Engineered engaging hands-on problem centered classroom courses for internal and external Olympus customers 
•	Collaborated with Olympus Design to create professional supportive motion graphics, videos and photographic assets

Author and project manager of field and support services new product introduction and new repair introduction process. 
•	Lead technical writer and SME for Olympus imaging and dictation software standard operating procedures and work instructions

Deliver onsite multilevel training (one-on-one & classroom) to Gastroenterology, Pulmonary, bio-medical and information systems teams on Endocapsule and EndoWorks imaging and dictation EMR software. 
•	Perform gap analysis and customize EndoWorks database and clinical documentation to meet hospital requirements
•	Assist in development and delivery of internal training and continuing education at Olympus America Inc. 
•	Received National Distinctive Customer Service Award for outstanding customer satisfaction

Gannett

I was responsible for the success of a corporate program called “Just Ask,” a customer service/sales initiative that was launched as a BETA program in our first state consolidated call center. Due to my training and coaching, the program was successfully launched nationwide. I was heavily relied upon to assist in building the Just Ask foundation sales training materials. Because of this, I was awarded the Gannett Newspapers Pioneer award. I also designed and constructed Gannett Wisconsin's first online customer service learning management system.
