We help our clients win hearts and minds throughout the entire customer journey, building stronger, longer lasting relationships with their customers. That's where the name 'Neighbourhood' comes from - we're community builders. 

We've taken a hard look at the industry and come to the conclusion that there’s a lot of focus on the “first steps” of a customer journey - from crazy investments in branding, to over-the-top websites, and of course, the ever-present advertising that pulls us all in. 

At Neighbourhood, we know that this is only part of the customer journey and that there's more to a relationship than a good first impression. That's why it's going to be our mission to help brands build their marketing systems, develop sales strategies that get them results and work to maintain the relationships they build in the long term.

Over the course of 3 years while being Managing Director I grew the business by 614%, hired over 10 employees, opened an office in Papua New Guinea and spearheaded key national and international projects.

2 friends met at a party, and discussed the lack of good literature that was, in that day, boring and dull. Nick Williams and Travis White, set out to create a magazine that we would want to read. 

Libertine Magazine was born. 

From concept to delivery, I was responsible to the start of something special. A magazine that was, after 12 months, available to all Australians through all General Pants Co. Stores. 

I was responsible for the Accounts, Business Development, Sales and organised content and staffing for the magazine. 

Libertine Magazine was a premium magazine that was available FREE to all readers throughout General Pants Co.
