ODD SALON is a vibrant community that gathers for an interactive bi-monthly lecture series delving into history, science, art, and adventure in San Francisco. We have piloted a NYC series in 2018  and fully launched the chapter city in 2019.

The Odd Salon was created in the spirit of making history, science, art, and adventure exciting and accessible through a series of irreverent cocktail-hour lectures given by both expert speakers and amateur enthusiasts. We believe that by finding the most extraordinarily bizarre and fantastic stories to share in a community-based setting over drinks will act as a “gateway drug to a serious history habit” for our audience, encouraging them to seek out more once we’ve sparked those interests.

- Identified an opportunity to redesign the client on boarding using a best practices workflow which eliminated ten design and discovery hours per project and decreasing client ads creation time by 10% and optimization time by 15-20%.

As a Sr. Enablement Consultant at Sprinklr I lead enterprise software implementations for global brands across retails, fashion, finance, tech, entertainment and telecom verticals including nine Fortune 500 and four Unicorn companies. I collaborated with clients to developed KPIs for their social listening customer care, content marketing, and paid efforts, rolling up into overarching KPIs for their global social media departments mapping directly to business objective. Delighted a telecommunications client by delivering global customer care and marketing workflow as well as in depth workflow based training for 200+ users in 10 countries in 2 weeks. 

Exceeded unicorn software company's expectations through the delivery of complex user profiling surfacing qualified leads to their sales team via automation. This significantly reduced lead identification time and increased lead to sale ratio. 

Piloted the Ads module, becoming the first Enablment Product Expert for Ads (Ads EPEs). In this committee role, I designed the methodology by which Enablement Consultants were trained on the module. Using continues improvement model to close gaps, deepen knowledge, and grow the number of Ads EPEs.

Williams-Sonoma hired me to build their brand’s social media presence from the ground up, while gaining C-level buy-in and building the internal systems to support this new initiative from all angles.

- Gained C-Level buy-in for Facebook pages at the store level, developed and implemented social media training program for store managers to support their own Facebook presence.

- Developed the systems and protocols to integrate the customer service team directly into social media that were tested with the Williams-Sonoma brand then implemented across all brands.

- Grew the primary Williams-Sonoma Facebook fan base from 10,000 to over 250,000 using minimal advertising budget and Williams-Sonoma Twitter following from 2,000 to 13,000 in one year.

- Assessed and negotiated contracts with Wildfire Apps, Context Optional, and Webtrends as our needs changed from sweepstakes to multi-user and multi-department oversight and management of Facebook.

- Used a data-based analytical approach to pinpoint types of content that created the most interactions and the

drove the highest sales numbers.

- Drove an average click-through rate of 1.2% and engagement rate of 0.31% per post based on fan count.

- Drove between $5,000 and $8,000 in monthly sales using a content focused approach.
