I'm passionate about helping people change their lives, through coaching. I've developed a philosophy and methodology taking people through a journey to become the best versions of themselves. I spent over twenty years building a career in the corporate environment, travelling the world, and being responsible for multi-million dollar contracts, teams, budgets and deadlines. It was great fun, and I had some fantastic experiences working with brilliant people. I was fortunate enough to learn and build a precious skill set and understanding of business, commercial acumen and leadership. However, it came at a cost. It's not easy balancing a professional, personal and family life with all the responsibilities each comes with, as well as my well-being. That, coupled with a life lesson around 2015, sent me on a journey of learning and self-discovery to figure out how to live a more well-rounded and balanced life with a consistently healthy disposition. It turns out it will be a lifelong journey. I've not figured everything out yet, but I have managed to build a more consistent, well-rounded, healthy disposition and, in doing so, have gained my qualifications, built my methodology and coached others to do so.
