Trevor Hayter, CEO of eOutdoors Ltd., brings nearly three decades of diverse experience spanning hospitality, customer service, operations, management, business development, and executive leadership across multiple industries. His professional journey, driven by a passion for creating exceptional consumer experiences leveraging and driving adoption of technology throughout his career. For nearing two decades, Trevor's career in the technology industry has flourished. He worked with both global corporations and startups, developing expertise in sales automation, consulting, software, services, hardware, and telecommunications. This diverse experience allowed him to successfully drive sales and business development across various sectors, while also honing skills in operations, program management, channel management, software development, customer service operations, process documentation, and offshore resource management. In early 2020, Trevor was approached by QuietKat Inc., a fat tire electric bike company focused on the utility and hunting market, to assist in developing their Canadian reseller network. Within 18 months, as a side venture, he successfully onboarded approximately 100 dealer partners across Canada, generating over $4.5 million in wholesale orders between 2021 and 2023. This success led to his involvement in QuietKat's U.S. sales operations, where he implemented sales processes and automation technology to drive similar results. The LEV industry experienced significant challenges in late 2022 and 2023 due to supply chain disruptions and economic fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic. Responding to market changes in 2024, eOutdoors pivoted to establish a retail, rental, and tour operation in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. This strategic move served to test the viability of an LEV operation in an underserved rural community and to demonstrate the potential for a low-cost, profitable business model. Trevor recognized that the LEV industry's rapid growth and subsequent decline mirrored patterns seen in otehr emerging industries and solidified the belief that the LEV market was on an adoption curve similar to that of other computing and SMART technology. The culmination of these experiences, spanning the LEV industry's most rapid growth and subsequent decline, has informed eOutdoors' holistic approach to the market. This comprehensive strategy positions the company to address industry challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the evolving LEV landscape.
