I’m Trevor Churchley, Founder and Chief Talentologist at Talentology, and for the past 28 years in IT recruitment and professional services, I’ve been standing up for the people side of the tech industry. I came from a marketing background, but once I stepped into IT recruitment in 1997, I quickly saw both the best and worst it had to offer. Over the years, I worked with some of the most recognised brands in IT recruitment and project services, but I also saw an industry becoming increasingly transactional, target-driven and disconnected from the people it served. That’s why I founded Talentology - to flip the script and put people before profit. I work with IT job seekers, IT contractors and IT SME leaders to help them show up, stand out and be seen by the right people for their amazingness. My mission is simple: be the voice for the invisible in tech, fight for fairness and challenge industry norms that leave great talent behind.
