I’ve technically led global customer projects, guided enterprise clients, mentored teams, and stayed hands-on with evolving collaboration platforms, from immersive video to modern cloud solutions. Whether it’s designing global Unified Communications environments or supporting complex video integrations, I thrive on turning complexity into clarity. What drives me is working closely with customers and teams; uncovering their real needs, guiding them with insight, and sharing what I’ve learned along the way.
