PROJECT MANAGER
Overall responsible for managing the assigned construction projects from start to finish assuring that they are the partner to our customer that helps drive the entire job including financial responsibility. The position oversees all aspects of day to day activity of the job ensuring that the work is built in accordance with the contract documents and manufacturers recommendations. They practice and live Precision Walls Inc’s Mission Statement and Principles to Live By with both our customers and our team members. 

Key Accountabilities
Take accountability for assigned jobs from handoff from estimator to completion of the job including; submittals, establishing the budget and monitoring it throughout, assuring that the engineering is complete, preparing the schedule of values, monthly billings, and verifying job cost and completion to date weekly. Lead Drive Meetings to ensure project success, and to assure understanding of everyone’s roles and responsibilities. 
Safety-We all go home the way we came to work. 
Understands the safety expectations of customers and PWI to assure that Safety is addressed and adhered to at all time; be a model for our safety program. 
Hires Subcontractors that have good safety records, and assure that they follow the job safety rules. 

Customer and Team Relationships
1. Identifying existing and potential issues and scheduling problems, through job visits and participating in drive and project jobsite meeting, and assuring that they are communicated and documented through email and personal visits. 
2. Assist with collections and receivables as requested and necessary. 
3. Develop relationships with key staff on the job (Customer and PWI) that allow for open communications. 
4. Conduct Pre-Con meetings, attend customer meetings, lead and direct drive meeting and project meetings to learn of challenges and resolve issues, and represent PWI to our Customer.

R.E David's Construction, LLC

Manage the overall production and profitability of bids won ensuring all jobs come in within budgeted goals.

TruVista

- Develop, manage and maintain medium to large sized business accounts by providing custom solutions to include: MetroE Circuits (fiber), PRI’s, ESI’s, Hosted VOIP systems, B-1 Lines, wireless configurations, or other broadband services and solutions as needed. 

- Secure contracts 

- Create and provide demonstrations/presentations as needed

- Provide excellent customer service and participate in local community organizations on behalf

Business Solutions Specialist

RED-4 Construction, LLC

- Supervised over 35+ employees                     
- Create the office, field Supervisors, and Employees SOP’s
- Setup BPA’s (Buyer Purchaser Agreements) with Federal Government Agencies 
- Manage business / payroll accounts and time cards 
- Secure major projects on Shaw Air Force Base, Ft. Gordon, and Ft. Jackson
- Meet with Government, City and County Inspectors to ensure building codes and regulations were met during project planning stages and for onsite inspections
- Participated in bidding, fact finding and writing proposals for all work run through the Federal Contracting Office
- Handled Contracts, Inspections, and Invoicing with the General Service Agency
- Hired new employees, initially counseled and in-processed new hires
- Managed/maintained commercial office buildings for R.E. David Inc., overseeing all major contracts and leases i.e. 1111 Broad Street build out contract and lease with the Social Security Administration, as well as the GE and AGILIS Engineering lease and build out.

Business and Properties Manager

- Supervised 23 subordinate employees

- Developed and managed 5 businesses that generated reinvestment capital for the installation which directly impacted Ft. Jackson soldiers and their family members                      

- Budgeted annual goals for each business, reviewed financial statements monthly, met quarterly with chain of command to provide financial statements verbally and in writing

- Developed and managed the commercial sponsorship program with Bank One that generated over $1.8 million in revenue for Ft Jackson MWR

- Sat as a board member on New Business Ventures Steering Committee and presented new Business proposals to the Installation Command Team, Directors, and Department Division Chiefs
