Provide support to my Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) leadership team with change management and human resource functions to better care for our client throughout their various manufacturing locations across North America.   

•	Develop and manage change management strategy that supports the user experience and adoption of changes to deliver successful change management results, inclusive of alignment, stakeholder assessments, mitigation, and resistance planning. 
•	Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to help embed change management practices into everyday ways of working.
•	Implement, coordinate, and administer HR related programs, policies, and procedures, including payroll, compensation, development, recruitment, employee relations, training, career growth, and organizational change.
•	Hold DEI National role (Employee Business Resource Group), developing, distributing, and overseeing communication and collateral in support of national leadership team and membership.

Senior Manager, Change Management / Human Resources

Lead creation and implementation of centralized frontline recruitment team. Foster partnership to manage various segments, including hospitals, senior living, campus, schools, corporate services, aviation, and government in Sodexo North America.

•	Collaborated and strategized with site managers and field human resource leaders to understand and provide guidance to align on talent gaps and impact business performance, resulting in implementation of recruitment delivering full-cycle and sourcing models within segments.
•	Developed plans and processes regarding hiring and promotion of talent necessary to achieve business growth by creating and implementing workflows, tools, and training; retained 3 managers and 24 recruiters in 5-month period to support operations.
•	Led selection, activation, and management of teams aligned to critical and high-volume frontline hiring needs, expanding segments nationwide.
•	Implemented sourcing playbook and development of standard operating procedures (SOP), creating consistency and accountability within team / operations and establishing relationships with community partners in targeted areas.
•	Identified key performance indicators and service level agreements to support recruitment models, generating 9-day improvement of time to fill.
•	Directed development and delivery of training material, completing effective onboarding of 27 team members.
•	Administered and maintained budget for area of responsibility, keeping cost per hire models, salaries, incentives, and miscellaneous cost allocations under budget for fiscal year.
•	Held DEI National role (Employee Business Resource Group), developing, distributing, and overseeing communication and collateral in support of national leadership team and membership.

Director Talent Acquisition

Facilitated virtual recruitment teams. Orchestrated efforts to ensure predictive pipelining, proactive communication, and sourcing of qualified and diverse talent in support of segment business plans. Partnered and assisted hospitals, senior living, campus, schools, corporate services, aviation, and government segments in Sodexo North America.

•	Headed launch and implementation of frontline pilot, executing strategy and process, communications, trainings, collateral, and team alignments, resulting in 300 frontline hires and lowering filling of positions by 9 days.
•	Partnered and strategized with operators to understand business needs, achieving 4.8 out of 5 hiring manager satisfaction scores.
•	Performed DEI National role (Employee Business Resource Group), helping in development and dissemination of communication and collateral on various platforms in support of National Leadership team and membership, partnering with other EBRGs to provide cultural material to other groups and members.
•	Orchestrated campaign for affected Universities Reduction in Force (RIF) employees to assist in outplacement and led 22 webinar opportunities over 6-weeks with 54% participation and 51% meeting with recruiters, preparing for transition.
•	Created and implemented labor market analytics and diversity reporting, increasing retention for operators in new sales acquisitions.
•	Upskilled recruitment team on talent advising and continuous process improvements, providing confidence to recruiters when sharing difficult subject matter with operators.

Recruitment Manager

Talent advised, partnered with, and recruited for food / culinary, environmental services, and facility maintenance professionals. Supported segments, including hospitals, senior living, campus, schools, corporate services, aviation, and government segments across North America.

•	Led department continuously in metrics of time to fill, diversity, quality of candidates, and hiring manager satisfaction.
•	Mentored 10 new employees; developed 4 for promotions.
•	Provided blogs recounting experiences within organization.
