With over 30 years in Human Resources, I've been a firsthand witness to the myriad of challenges and triumphs of career progression. Today, I channel that experience and passion into a deeply personal mission: career coaching for ambitious women with chronic illnesses. I have had my own challenges with chronic illnesses and wanting to pursue a career; first, with lupus and a flare-up that led to end-stage kidney disease. I know what's like to want a successful career yet to have to deal with the rollercoaster of pain, inflammation, fatigue, worry, self-doubt, tests, doctor appointments...and the list goes on. Despite my own battles with lupus and end-stage renal disease, I have managed to grow a successful career and find joy in my work. I want to share my knowledge and expertise with you so that you, too, can thrive in your career despite the challenges you may face. In my coaching practice, I specialize in guiding ambitious women with chronic illnesses as they rise above workplace challenges, unlocking their full potential even in the face of health adversities.
