Sr. Sales Operations

-Supports the President/CEO, VP, accountant, sales and recruiters with the following:
-Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports 
-Act as an Administrator for JobDiva applicant tracking system
-Responsible for onboarding all new W2 employees and subcontractors.
-Process background checks and drug screens for new employees
-Manage and create contractual agreements and work orders for clients, vendors, and subcontractors
-Conduct reference checks for new hires.
-Assist accounting dept with timesheets, AR/AP's
-Purchase and manage office supplies
-Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn for RHO and company website.
-Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, signs, newsletter

Operations

- Responded to Internet inquiries and sales calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
 - Generated sales appointments for sales representatives
 - Conducted phone and e-mail surveys to assess customer wants and needs daily.
 - Effectively utilized lead management and CRM tools, which includes training new sales staff, creating and revising customer data, e-mail templates and documents.
 - Provided the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
 - Generated sales report on weekly and monthly basis using Excel.
 - Trained new sales staff to CRM and addressed any issues or problems.
 - Managed and administered Facebook and Craigslist account
