My responsibilities in this organization include: 

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan and execute online marketing strategies for four publications and five in-house events.
• Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
• Run ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google AdWords, including retargeting campaigns.
• Create shareable content on respective platforms that promote the organic reach of the brand.
• Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
• Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites.
• Improve the user experience on the publication and event websites (Includes design, content and usability).
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
• Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and develop discussions.
• Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the websites.
• Plan and launch newsletters /email campaigns using Emarsys and Mailchimp and conduct surveys periodically using Survey Monkey.
• Strategise media planning and coordinate with various media companies for print, online, OOH, TV and radio advertising to ensure effective implementation.
• Create B2B partnership opportunities with advertising agencies and event organisers.
• Prepare marketing collaterals and maintain the monthly press release calendar.
• Keep attention to the updates of Google’s Algorithm.

Due to the excellent performance as a marketing intern, the team decided to hire me as a part-time employee. I was working in the organization during the last year of my university. My duties as a part-time employee in The Solution Bar included: 

- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Creating Email campaigns on a weekly basis.
- Optimize the blog posts for SEO.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

Marketing Lead

As Solution Bar, Sharaf DG is a new model the job role was not limited to marketing activities; it was expanded to other fields such as business development and supervision of the sales executives in the store. As an intern, my duties included:

• Scouting and hunting new and innovative products on an everyday basis and which increased the companies revenue by 25% in 3 months. 
• Identifying and contacting prospective customers or partner companies, promoting the business online and via word-of-mouth and online, and creating client proposals and contracts.
• Collaborated with designers and the editorial team on marketing materials.
• Devised email strategies, including segmenting strategies, welcome email, auto respondents, and training drip campaigns.
• Worked closely with clients to identify their needs and challenges and provide solutions- orientated campaign themes.
• Reviewed and edited blog posts to guarantee high SEO content.
• Created active messaging using language, graphics and marketing collateral.
• Created an online brochure with new products displayed every week.
• Coordinated and participated in promotional activities and trade shows.
• Worked with the communications team to drive internal promotion of company programmes, initiatives, guiding principles and mission.
• Core responsible for handling Fresh Sales, a CRM system.

Marketing Intern

Experienced in print, radio, and television advertising. Strong attention to detail and ability to detect marketing trends and implement them into company advertising. Able to create and stick to advertising budgets, and maintain the company’s brand in all campaigns.
