Before founding Upwordly, I've been an award-winning journalist, author and speaker. I've helped best-in-class companies like LCBO, TD, Scotiabank, Home Depot build and nurture their audiences and achieve their goals. I'm the author and ghostwriter of three books. I give back as a member of the Professional Advisory Council for the Advertising & Communications program at Sheridan College and by speaking on storytelling for startup founders at McGill University’s Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship. Through my adventures in cycling and cold plunges, I'm fundraising $100,000 for causes that help people and the planet.
