As Key Account Manager, I am responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most strategic clients, including General Mills, HP, Unilever, Organon, and more. My role involves:

-Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

-Strategic Account Planning: Developing and implementing tailored account strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

-Sales Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.

-Client Advocacy: Acting as the voice of the customer within Wegrow-app to ensure their needs and feedback are prioritized in product development and service enhancements.

-Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including sales, customer success managers, and product development, to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.

-Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing key account metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Business Development:
-Led prospecting initiatives and delivered compelling pitches to potential clients and partners.
-Managed strategic partnerships and supervised indirect sales channels, optimizing revenue streams.

Looking back, every meaningful step in my career — expanding into new markets, launching new initiatives, building teams, or driving change with global organizations — happened because fear was present… and I chose to move forward head first.

Today, where transformation is constant, fearlessness isn’t just useful.

It’s a 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦.

If you want to grow faster, challenge yourself more often.
If you want to challenge yourself, start by being fearless.

And for that, I’m grateful to have a team that embraces this mindset on a daily base.
