I am a creative professional in the field of eLearning/Learning Technologies currently as an Instructional Designer. I have a multitude of experience in the Graphic Design Industry. I have gained so much knowledge throughout professional & collegiate experience. I initially pursued drafting and computer-aided drafting(CAD) via Tech Prep program while in a hospital DCT program out of high school and earned a scholarship to the local community college. I received my Certificate in CAD and also an Associates in Arts degree in Graphic Design Technology (CAD concentration), with a minor in multimedia. I transferred to Florida A&M University and earned my Bachelors Degree in Graphic Communications (Magna Cum Laude). I took a year off and pursued a Masters in Fine Arts at the University of Central Florida the following year. In all my experience, I can say that my expertise is in Graphic Design and Multimedia. I do have video, web and photography experience and a background in CAD, medical insurance and billing. I have worked for large and small companies in the corporate setting. I also still continue to freelance and do other advertising and promotional projects. In the future, one of my goals, is to start an advertising firm among other business ventures that I have in mind. I would like to get more experience in the corporate world, maybe, another large company or advertising agency.
