As a counselor for the Southwest Section (SWS) Energy and Minerals Division (EMD) of the AAPG, I work diligently on finding the most relevant data and interpretations available to share with the community. As a SWS AAPG Delegate, I also pay close attention to what's working best for the energy industries in the SWS area (SE New Mexico, West Texas to Fort Worth/Dallas), and what the future challenges and concerns are that we face as geoscientists.
