•	Project management inclusive of business case & ROI study, CAPEX requirement and management updates for the project status.
o	Managed Revenue & P&L (Cost control & Profit Margin monitoring)
o	Operation KPIs (Operator efficiency, Production / Engineering)
•	End to End Process Development and complete production line establishment for NAND Harvesting operation that includes,
o	Equipment sourcing, setup & maintenance for;
	BGA removal machines 
	BGA Re-ball cleaning equipment, Re-ball stencil printing, Curing Oven. Includes Solder Paste evaluation for storage & ball formation.
	VMI Scopes
	Baking Oven
	Packaging Equipment
•	MRR Readiness & FMEA preparation.
•	Managing a group of direct report of 2 snr engineers & 3 technicians.

Principal Engineer NAND Salvage Process

Teleplan International

•	New Product Introduction (NPI) and lifecycle management into Warranty Repair Operation site which covers;
o	Analyze and transfer all product design related.
o	Equipment/tooling consolidation both cleanroom and normal area which includes new equipment/new process guideline and qualification process assistance until RTL.
o	Cleanroom class 100 & 10k operation materials consolidation and BOM maintenance.
o	Packaging material consolidation for BOM maintenance.
o	Product matrices and BOM maintenances.
o	Work on new equipment design if any for warranty site considering investment vs ROI based on the operation scale.
•	Day to day operation & technical support ensuring all precise ECN/PCN has been transferred to warranty site while keep tracking on the implementation status.
•	Engage with development & CTS team for the betterment of Warranty operation due to some unique site requirement.
•	Bridge communication between repair center, R&D center & Manufacturing sites across the globe to ensure process commonality while minimizing downtime due to equipment/tooling/ breakdown.
•	Conduct weekly conference call between sites and engage with the team for yield improvement discussion which includes performing failure analysis & root cause analysis to maximize utilization & output.
•	Involved in 3rd part supplier negotiation for cost & lead-time reduction for RFQ place and PO release.
•	Coordinate & response STOP SHIPMENT/Customer Claim via investigation and 8D reporting.
•	Participate in annual Peer Review auditing to ensure all process and operation control are well maintained and aligned with the customer requirement.
