As an interim Revenue Marketing Director at Claris, I am responsible for driving the execution of global go-to-market initiatives including product launches, advertising campaigns, and engagement initiatives to our developer-focused persona audience. I am also responsible for driving the marketing operations responsible for recording and analyzing metrics and results from the associated activities. 

I organize the demand generation team in coordination with the website product owner, community management team, and product marketing. I also collaborate directly with the content team & our business representative globally.

Cro Metris is the leading Conversion Rate Optimisation agency in the US. We have run more than 20,000 experiments to drive growth for leading brands and businesses. 

In 2021 I started to build our Paid Media practice. I built and developed a team of paid media professionals to service clients across SEM, paid social, and programmatic digital channels. Starting with just one client, I built the business to over $700K in ARR through a combination of process development, pitching new business, and continuous iteration. I also led the development of a marketing data warehouse and multi-channel marketing data dashboard to provide real-time reporting for our clients. 

In preparation for the end of Google's 3rd-party cookie, in collaboration with our product team, I am also part of building a marketing attribution pilot project to help understand better which channels and tactics created the greatest impact for our clients.

The Global Citizen Year Academy has drawn students from across the world and support from the Shawn Mendes Foundation in its first year. Working alongside our technology partner Minerva, we have been able to touch more lives and create the first of its kind global community of engaged impactful young leaders.

In this role, I oversee marketing operations as a part of a marketing team focused on new customer acquisition for our B2B live events. We are focused on bringing best practices, collaboration, and resource sharing together in the name of growing more sustainable businesses.

My responsibilities include: 

Planning:
Leverage SB data to help Product Leader assemble live event marketing plans, communications plans, and creative, effective marketing campaigns. 
Plan and analyze effective, engaging email campaigns about the event to target likely customers and conference alumni
Monitor competitive events and generate innovative marketing tactics for the team to use
Develop strategies for bringing more leads at the top of the purchasing funnel and for driving them through to conversion 

Implementation:
Deliver against Live Event attendee revenue goals 
Set up and modify event microsite web pages to support campaign initiatives
Monitor prospect funnel from microsite visitor to converted attendee and sponsor; improve this conversion through lead capture tactics, nurture campaigns and other mechanisms 
Overseeing marketing operations through technologies like Pardot, Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, and social media sites
Help the team implement against plans and budget; help project manage tasks for different team members and execute on budget
Set up and manage campaigns in Pardot to nurture conference attendee and sponsorship leads
Create ad hoc design assets -- banner ads, social media graphics, videos -- to support event marketing campaigns 
Manage content capture efforts at conferences and its use in promotional materials thereafter

Analysis: 
Track performance of marketing campaigns and iterate where necessary
Collect A/B and other campaign performance results to inform future work
Manage the development and delivery of the recap process and deck

I am responsible for developing and executing the overall SEM strategy with heavy emphasis on paid search marketing. I work to manage Adwords and Bing campaigns for shopping, search, & re-marketing.

Social Media
In my role I am tasked with expanding to Facebook, Gmail Sponsored Promotions, YouTube, and other channels as I deem strategic. This position also works to set and execute the companies SEO strategy. I work to create an organic social media strategy, video and blog content development.
