Services included hotel market analysis and financial feasibility studies, hotel valuations, hotel management agreement negotiations and operator search. Client base consisted of private sector investors and sovereign funds.

Our clients included the Public Works Department, SARS and the City of Cape Town International Convention Centre among others. Private sector clients included Growthpoint Properties and others.
