🎯 I currently serve as a strategic partner to Vena’s Enterprise Customer Success Managers, continually building a pipeline of expansion opportunities and helping move customers and prospects through the sales process to close.

🚀 My responsibilities also include working closely with Vena's first Enterprise Account Manager, executing targeted outreach, crafting personalized messages, and conducting frequent client check-ins to pinpoint expansion possibilities and offer customized product guidance.

💚 Additionally, I engage in fostering strong customer relationships. This includes extending invitations to customers and prospects for upcoming events and promptly following up after these events. I also send company swag and other meaningful gifts to celebrate significant milestones of our customers.

🎉 Achieved outstanding results, including surpassing a 150% quota attainment in my first year, earning a promotion to Senior Sales Development Representative within just 6 months, effectively initiating valuable business discussions with new clients, and mentoring and fostering the growth of two SDRs into high-performing representatives.

The Ted Rogers Undergraduate Sales Team (TRUST) comprises exceptional sales students from Ryerson University, dedicated to representing the institution across North America in various Sales Case Competitions. Throughout our journey, we had the privilege of participating in case competitions across Canada and the US, showcasing our sales prowess on a broader scale. In addition to these competitions, we also actively engaged in specialized boot camps, honing our sales skills to deliver top-notch performance. This invaluable experience was made possible through the support and sponsorship of renowned companies like DHL International, TEKsystems Canada, and the Canadian Professional Sales Association.

As a Guest Service Agent, I played a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and positive experience during their stay. I was the first point of contact for guests responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient, and personalized service.

Key responsibilities during my tenure include:

Efficient Check-In and Check-Out Process:
- Streamlined guest check-ins and check-outs using the Micros-Opera Property Management System, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Effective Guest Support:
- Assisted over 15 guests per hour, addressing inquiries and requests regarding hotel features, services, local attractions, tours, special packages, and promotions. Utilized exceptional customer service skills and active listening to provide comprehensive assistance.

Leadership and Team Motivation:
- Led and inspired a team to maintain lobby area cleanliness, uphold hotel security, and demonstrate professionalism consistently. Implemented meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the lobby door was securely locked after 10pm for guest safety.

Conflict Resolution and Guest Satisfaction:
- Demonstrated professionalism and resolve in addressing conflicts, such as disturbances caused by guests creating excessive noise or smoking in rooms. Effectively managed such incidents to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

-Maintain positive internal and external relationships, familiarity with local venues, attractions, restaurants, events, and Shangri-La hospitality standards.
-Greet guests, make sitting arrangements and escort guests to their seats in a professional manner. 
-Assist servers during busy hours by removing soiled dishes, linen, silverware and restore/replenish settings.
-Participate on opening/closings, setups and breakdowns and ensure overall room ambiance, cleanliness, appropriate setting and presentation.
