- Helped establishing a partnership model for e-governmental products (such as e-invoice and e-ledger) for the first time. Made sure if the model is running efficiently.  Determined necessary changes and executed them.
- Helped building a healthy cash flow for the company

Partner Network Manager

Strengthening the overseas capital of Workcube. Also responsible of increasing the brand awareness of Workcube on global market. Deciding on the advantaged regions and establising new business partners (and customers) on these new markets and locations


- Helped creating a partnership and distributorship model in Germany,  Azerbaijan, Pakistan and Yemen
- Represented Workcube in more than 10 international events including GITEX 
- Trained partners on how to sell and implement Workcube 
- Helped partners to complete their first sales and implementation projects
- Helped partners to form their own marketing and channel building strategy

International Relations Manager

My main duty was to support the Director of B&D team and the Partner Manager on various activities, such as pre-sales meetings, new partnership meetings, opportunity management, other marketing and sales activities.

– Performed marketing activites such as mass e-mailing, social media marketing, direct marketing
to the target audience,
– Received inbound calls and took the initial actions,
– Participated in sales meetings, made sales presentations and presented demo workshops,
– Analyzed customer needs and helped preparing tailor-made demo platforms for the customer,
– Created attractive pre-sales material for the potential customers,
– Helped growing the potential customer and partner databases by making direct calls to potential
companies and asking for contact details,
– Kept external web portals live by adding fresh content and receiving online messages.
