To manage all the recruitment transactional processes (cycles) for specifically
allocated vacancies
 Receipt and follow through of approval to fill from Directorates
 To receive and check all job adverts on to County Council job websites and
external media (both electronic and manual applications)
Overseeing the recording and tracking of job applications through Taleo
On-going monitoring and analysis of spend associated with each vacancy
Ensuring that all job application packs/forms are sent out to applicants
Compiling short-list and interview packs for managers
Ensuring that all relevant communication to managers and applicants are
sent out
Coordinate the redeployment programme, which assists employees who are
seeking internal alternative employment opportunities
To offer cover, as and when required for other recruitment team members, including
Senior Recruitment Coordinators and Recruitment Administrators
Liaise with the recruitment contact center and deal with application queries
Deal with and resolve queries relating to recruitment and advertising
Undertake routine office duties to support the central recruitment team
Collate Equalities Monitoring data and produce relevant reports when requested
Allocate and distribute incoming vacancies for the Barclays Resourcing Centre
Screen and test, if applicable, all applicants including reserve
Facilitate all Personnel Requisitions and new hires.
Verify reference check on final candidates.
Verify licensure/certification.
Review final hiring paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value added services.
Seek out and manage recruitment suppliers; and ensure they deliver a consistent quality & cost efficient service to the business.
Manage vacancy and candidate records on Taleo and, ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
 Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants.
