I've worked with Process Builder in automating sign up processes for organizations, built custom objects, consisting of various custom fields, including formula fields, to enhance process automations and more efficient business operations. My burning desire is to see businesses, communities and nations rise above their limitations and also see colleagues and citizens succeed collectively, not just as individuals. To achieve that, functioning business and public service systems, which are vital for the success of institutions, are of utmost importance. Consequently, my interest in AI, big data, automation, business analytics and 360-degree stakeholder relationship management, has been growing in recent years as I am committed to keep honing my Salesforce skills and exploring various ways the Salesforce Platform could be leveraged to build more effective systems, for the much needed growth of companies and countries.
