Responsibilities:
- Ownership of communication with existing external media agencies before taking paid social activity in-house
- Ownership of paid social activity across a range of brands with KPIs including: ROAS, CAC and LTV
- Management of the entire campaign lifecycle from planning to activation through to reporting
- Led a team of 3 on a project to revamp The Mothership's paid social creative process with our internal creative resource

Paid Social Executive

CRATE Media Group 

Crate Media is a small independent marketing agency working with clients in retail and e-commerce

Responsibilities:
- Managed paid social campaigns end-to-end from campaign planning to activation to optimisation and reporting
- Managed the copywriting process for the agency's spending client, creating copy suggestions and ensuring an appropriate tone of voice
- Managed a client account with full ownership including leading on client calls

Responsibilities:
- Planning and briefing media owners on upcoming display campaigns across the BMW and MINI accounts
- Managed the weekly reporting process for BMW's largest quarterly display campaign
- Assisted in the setup of paid social campaigns and led on the weekly reporting of the campaigns
- Built bespoke client reports in adverity
- Onboarded a new executive onto the Colgate account

Precision Executive (Display & Paid Social)

•	Monthly revenue data analysis across a portfolio of over 75 clients for one of the UK’s largest media agencies, with 2019 revenue of over £80m.
•	Providing variance analysis on actual revenue against forecasts with commentary to explain key variances.
•	Assisting in the consolidation of weekly forecasts from client leads, identifying week-on-week variances and questioning leads to ensure that variances are correct.
•	Preparation of journals – both month end (including deferrals and accruals) and a variety of Ad-Hoc journals.
•	Booking media fees onto the system, using attention to detail to ensure that bookings are correct and can be matched back to PO’s once they are billed.
•	Assisting in the collection of sample data for external client audits.
•	Designed and prepared a company-wide PowerPoint presentation, detailing the media booking process to members of the agency in an effort to reduce the cost of incorrect media bookings.
•	Providing a business partnering service, developing strong relationships with colleagues at various levels and assisting with their finance related queries.

Commercial Finance Analyst

Kobalt Music

•	Processing high value, global music royalty invoices in a variety of currencies in twice weekly payment runs, ensuring that payments matched artists’ royalty statements.
•	Oversight of the Swedish office’s operating expenses, raising PO’s to match invoices to ensure payment terms were adhered to at all times.
•	Posting journals to ensure that payments in the bank matched back to our accounting records in NETSUITE.
•	Lead a project on improving the process of our tax form collection from HMRC which decreased the time from request submission to form collection by 50%.
•	Worked with clients teams to ensure that all client’s queries were dealt with in an efficient, suitable manner.
