- Management of the entire campaign lifecycle from planning to activation through to reporting.

- Took ownership of a creative revamp project, leading a team of three to improve The Mothership’s paid social creative process. This involved:
1) Hosting an internal creative workshop to generate fresh ad ideas and align teams on creative best practices.
2) Introducing new tools like Foreplay for creative inspiration and Motion to streamline creative reporting and iteration.
3) Scaling creative production, enabling the team to generate and test significantly more ad variations efficiently.

- Assisting in the consolidation of weekly forecasts from client leads, identifying week-on-week variances and questioning leads to ensure that variances are correct.

- Preparation of journals – both month end (including deferrals and accruals) and a variety of Ad-Hoc journals.

- Booking media fees onto the system, using attention to detail to ensure that bookings are correct and can be matched back to PO’s once they are billed.

- Oversight of the Swedish office’s operating expenses, raising PO’s to match invoices to ensure payment terms were adhered to at all times.

- Posting journals to ensure that payments in the bank matched back to our accounting records in NETSUITE.
