Kulsum International Hospital

As the Head of Marketing & Business Development at Kulsum International Hospital, I was entrusted with the pivotal role of overseeing and enhancing the organization's healthcare marketing efforts.

My core responsibility was to strategize and execute comprehensive healthcare marketing campaigns that aligned with KIH's mission and objectives.

In addition to spearheading the healthcare marketing initiatives, I actively engaged in business development.

I cultivated strategic partnerships with organizations and corporations, working collaboratively to address the healthcare needs of their employees and clients. This multifaceted approach allowed us to not only promote the hospital's services but also to expand our reach and make a positive impact on the healthcare landscape.

Rehman Medical Institute (RMI)

As the Head of Marketing at Rehman Medical Institute, I had the privilege of leading the marketing (both conventional & digital) of the largest tertiary care private hospital in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

My core responsibility was to effectively strategize and execute health awareness campaigns in line with the organization's goals.

I led a dynamic group of Communication experts, Designers, and Marketers who had extensive expertise in marketing healthcare and health education services, targeting audiences from varied language and cultural backgrounds, through both conventional and digital methods (print, outdoor & direct marketing).

Together, we had the ability to make a difference and create positive change.

Notable Projects:

1. I spearheaded the successful marketing of two admission campaigns for 16 undergraduate degree programs, including MBBS, BDS, DPT, BS Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences programs, for two consecutive years. This involved developing comprehensive marketing strategies, targeting diverse audiences, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns to drive enrollment and promote the institute's offerings.

Head of Marketing & Communications

National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST)

At NUST Marketing, I worked closely with the constituent institutions and their sales teams to ensure that their marketing and communication strategies were properly implemented. Gathering data on their key parameters and Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) was a key part of this process. 

Lead data-driven and research-based input for the development of marketing and communication strategies, policies, and objectives.

Notable Projects:

1. Leading Virtual Convocation for 18 Schools & Colleges

Led the execution of Pakistan's largest virtual convocation, encompassing 18 schools and colleges. Directed a team in producing and airing 15 hours of video content on YouTube. Completed within a two-month timeframe, the project culminated in the successful publication of the convocation on December 4th, 2020.

2. Organizing Launch Event for National Science & Technology Park

Played a pivotal role as a core team member in orchestrating the successful launch event of the National Science & Technology Park (NSTP), honored by the esteemed presence of Prime Minister Imran Khan and COAS Gen. Qamar Bajwa. Collaboratively planned and executed over a meticulous three-month period, earning commendation from the Rector NUST for its seamless execution and impactful delivery.
