I work as a Tech Lead for Apple Platform Services Splunk team from Wipro. I am responsible for actively aiding Splunk Infrastructure Team in different phases of the project, including problem definition, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment; to train and mentor offshore team on an ongoing basis; to onboard new customers/data to Splunk; to talk to customers to understand their expectations from Splunk and propose a solution to meet their needs; to troubleshoot any issues during onboarding; to support Search Head Clusters/Indexer Clusters; to resolve HelpCentral Tickets within SLAs ; to assist in cluster migrations, doing POCs; installing forwarders/HFs; doing capacity analysis for NPIs, and making configuration changes as needed pre NPIs, to mask PII data in accordance with Privacy Compliance Policies, including optimizing resource utilization during the process of masking.
