Tushar is a story of big failures, small wins and eternal lessons. He started preparing for the civil services examination after completing his grad in chemical engineering from VNIT Nagpur, after 3 partly successful attempts(2 mains) at the toughest exam in this country he moved on to his next venture. He started a school in a remote village of Kanpur Dehat amassing a student count of 350 in the first year of operations but had to close the venture due to pandemic. He then went on to co-found Tradia where he applied his knowledge of economics with financial markets to teach people how to find multibaggers by connecting the dots. He currently works as a financial content writer at Share.Market which is a part of PhonePe group. Personally he likes to voraciously read, ride bike on long routes, have debates on philosophy, and take risks most people would be afraid of.
