1. Built Animation Business Instagram channels, Bloom Telly and Aplum Chaplum to 100k+ and 50k+ respectively from Scratch with 75M+ all organic impressions in the last 1 year. 
2. Strengthened ThoughtCTRL project's main Instagram channel from 14k followers to over 40k followers and improved the overall engagement rate from 0.1% to 8%. It has a monthly average reach of 4M+
3. Started regional YouTube channel for ThoughtCTRL project and scaled it to 50k subscribers in 4 months with over 18M views and has a daily digital footprint of 200k+
4. Built an overall combined audience of 250k+ followers building various Digital IPs for the company.
5. Led a team of Subject Matter Experts to create 1000+ Class 6-12th educational videos for Orchids International School's Digital Media Expansion initiative building 4 YouTube channels in the K12 segment, and the content was also licensed to the BoardPlus app.
6. Collaborated with the GOI's Ministry of Culture for Children's Day and National TV Day campaigns for the Animation business.
7. Collaborated with various influencers for animated video creation and promotions of our Animation studio.

An experienced Digital Branding and Marketing professional specializing in Content Strategy, Content Creation, Social Media, and Content Marketing. Last worked with K12 Techno Services managing and strategizing content creation and social media expansion for various brands, including animation studios, B2C companies, and new projects. Prior to this, I served Shivalaya Academy as their CMO and Head of Operations where I oversaw the business growth and branding of the company. I built an in-house marketing team and successfully executed various online and offline campaigns increasing the institution's revenue by more than 50%. I’ve also been working as a freelancer for more than 5 years and have been contributing to various communities both online and offline.

We helped a 28-year-old entrepreneur gain 100k followers in 28 days.

It all started when a supercar enthusiast reached out to help him create content and build a personal brand around his passion for luxury and scale model cars.

While many influencers and content creators were already making content around cars, there still was a demand for a content creator car enthusiast who could reach the Indian masses with less flexing and more value addition.

His passion & knowledge of supercars and scale model cars made him stand out in the saturated content market.

We did market research and planned the content mix around the same and with our strategy and top-notch video production, through which:

→ He gained an audience that feels connected to his authenticity.
→ Hit over 20M+ views from the 8 reels we planned as content seeding.
→ And achieved the milestone of 100k followers in less than a month.

In a month, we experimented with different patterns for content and focused on a good mixture of value and personality-based videos.

Now you might be wondering what made him grow this fast. So here’s why:

→ Passion for the subject: His passion for luxury and scale model cars makes him gain knowledge and spend efforts towards it which reflects in his personality while creating content that looks highly authentic and welcoming to the viewers.

→ High-end production: We provided him with high-end production from an idea to the final product and the quality of content sticks the viewer to the video.

→ Demand and Supply gap: While doing the market research we observed that there are few authentic content creators that talks about luxury cars and negligible content creators around scale model cars. So this was something new and interesting value addition to people who are passionate about cars.

Working on this project was very exciting since the client was a 2nd generation entrepreneur scaling his family business(revenue of over 6000 crores) and also building his own in real estate. 

Apart from that his passion for luxury cars was such that he has over 100 scale models of premium cars ranging from 5k to 10lakh+ Rupees lastly closely creating content related to cars that you’ve just seen in movies or on roads from a distance is a different vibe.
