    - Responsible for internal enterprise quoting tool for national wide insurance agents
    - Design overhaul for a 20 year old enterprise tool, understand legacy product decisions, gather product requirements to translate business and user requirement into pixel perfect, production ready files
    - Collaborate with UX developer and advocate for accessibility best practices and presented design solutions to product owners
    - Prepare user research and document insights during user research sessions 
    - Perform constant visual quality control to ensure consistency b/t design and demo product before shipping

Direct Consumer Billing, DRC   
-  Redesign of the billing transactions page, ensure consistency between app mobile team and desktop mobile websites
  -  Worked closely with content designers to ensure information hierarchy consistency across all DRC products
    - Design clear intuitive billing flows for upcoming payments schedules, autopay and manual payments 
    - Propose and advocated visual components (WCAG Accessbility compliant) to existing library

As an Associate Product Designer at Liberty Mutual Insurance, I design user-centered solutions for internal insurance agent and external customers, using Figma, and problem solving skills. I am part of the design overhaul of a 20-year-old enterprise tool for nationwide insurance agents, as well as the redesign of the billing system for direct consumers. 

I have a BFA in Graphic Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and a proven record of success in the visual/UI realm, with multiple awards and recognitions, such as the IDHA Award, the Diet Coke Young Designer Competition, and the UX UI Hackathon Winner. I am passionate about solving user problems through user research, actionable insights, and pixel-perfect elegant visual design. My specialties include user experience design, user interface design, user testing, art direction, and branding.
